Training & Development

Training is a constant at Starcom  NZ. Everyday our industry changes and it is crucial that we invest in our people and provide constant training and up-skilling.

This is provided in a range of ways.  We support the CAANZ Graduate programme and CAANZ/AUT training courses with all junior team members provided access to these courses. We run a fortnightly training programme that covers all aspects of media and the diverse range of channels and options available to the consumer. Much of this in house training is as relevant to experienced team members as it is new members.
